Esjay Landscapes + Pools
There is a particular pleasure in a garden that has been properly considered. One where the pool sits in exactly the right relationship to the house, where the planting softens the hardscape without competing with it, and where every material choice feels deliberate. That is what the Esjay Landscapes + Pools design and construction team has been delivering across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula for over two decades.
A landscape design, construction, concrete pools and horticulture studio, Esjay works with homeowners from the very first conversation through to the finished garden and beyond. The result is an outdoor space shaped by a single considered vision, rather than handed between separate designers and builders.
Award-winning and widely published, Esjay’s projects have appeared in Home Beautiful, Inside Out and Grand Designs Australia. Esjay has also exhibited Open Air, a Boutique Show Garden at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show, and was named a 2026 Manningham Business Awards Top 3 Finalist in the Trades Category. Esjay Landscapes was an absolute pleasure to work with. The initial design consultation, the planning, the build, and the final handover was completed with professionalism. At all stages, communication was excellent, and it was a pleasure to have the team on our premises. We could not recommend Esjay Landscapes highly enough.

I give the highest recommendation possible to Esjay. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful and really willing to go the extra mile. Every person we dealt with in the team was fantastic. I will definitely use them again for any future work that needs to be done. We are very happy with the landscaping that they have done for us and will enjoy it for many years.

It's difficult to find the words to properly convey how strongly we would recommend Esjay to people. Dealing with them on our renovation, landscaping and pool has not only been extraordinary for this type of work, I also genuinely can't think of ever dealing with a better company for anything, ever, that we've ever bought.
Our property has been completely transformed and the whole project has turned out far better than we could ever have dreamed. Thank you to all the amazing Esjay team - we'll never forget this.

Esjay have recently completed a 3-4 month landscaping project that included garden, paving, pool fencing, shed etc. Sam and his team are highly professional, well organised, extremely courteous and a real pleasure to have at our home. Sam and his Site Manager Trevor regularly inspected the works and kept us updated on progress, including working collaboratively with us on any issues that needed to be addressed. Would recommend the Esjay team for your landscaping project.

We can’t speak highly enough of Sam and the team of Esjay Landscapes. They have a great vision for what looks fantastic, but also more importantly what is practical and liveable. They do quality work and take no shortcuts. They are very professional and were a pleasure to have working around the house.
