We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Pool Project Coordinator who is a respected leader, thrives on being organised, and is passionate about the industry and their work. This position will be working across a variety of high-end residential projects, primarily across Melbourne’s inner-eastern metro suburbs.

 

 

Essential Criteria:

  • High-level knowledge of concrete swimming pool and spa construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical construction and landscape plans.
  • Knowledge and experience with pool estimation and design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to multi-task and lead a team of staff and contractors (whilst embracing company culture) ensuring projects are completed to the highest of standards.
  • Scheduling and management of swimming pool construction project timelines including managing materials/supply ordering and purchasing, materials negotiation, relationship development, coordination of equipment and contractors, and streamlined project management of building surveyors and site inspections.
  • Adherence, implementation and understanding of WHS principles including Australian/Victorian building codes and regulations.
  • Good computer/technology skills (including mail, spreadsheets, CRM and apps) with willingness to grow.

 

 

Package is negotiable based on qualifications and experience of successful candidate.
