– Qualified Landscaper
Esjay Landscapes + Pools are a boutique landscape design studio based in Melbourne. Over the past 20 years, the business has evolved and grown, curating a diverse portfolio of luxury residential properties, designing and building liveable gardens and outdoor spaces for some of Victoria’s most enviable homes – We pride ourselves in being Melbourne’s Complete Outdoor Package.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a ‘Qualified Landscaper’ to join our construction team.
Candidates must have a passion for all aspects of residential landscaping, with a sound appreciation of landscape building construction and structures. A current Victorian manual driver’s license is essential and a light rigid or better truck license would be an advantage.
You will be working across a variety of high-end residential projects (south-eastern metropolitan suburbs of Melbourne).
Essential Criteria:
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
• Solid understanding of landscape construction techniques and design principles.
• Reliable team player with a great work ethic, who is also confident and able to lead others.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• High level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality.
• Demonstrated initiative and flexibility, as well as a can-do attitude and ability to problem solve.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
Package is negotiable based on qualifications and experience of successful candidate.
