About This Project

Perched on a ridge just a short stroll from Tideways Beach and the Sorrento Sailing Club, this striking architecturally designed home sits at the heart of an outdoor landscape design conceived entirely around entertaining, relaxation and the unhurried rhythm of Mornington Peninsula life.

The main living area opens onto an alfresco deck for outdoor dining, leading directly to a full-size tennis court. Stepping stones and accent planting frame a dramatic alternative entry to the garden, setting the tone for what unfolds beyond. From the main deck, two distinct destinations await: a fire pit area with built-in seating overlooking the tennis court, and a covered alfresco terrace anchored by a generous pool and spa entertainment area, complete with poolside lounging, a built-in BBQ and a pool beach.

The western side of the property features an elevated outdoor deck with casual seating, perfectly positioned for twilight relaxation with views across the garden. Pathways wind through the landscape connecting each zone with ease, leading to the garage, the shed and the fire pit beyond.

Together, these elements make full use of the property, creating a setting equally suited to long, relaxed lunches, a family game of tennis or an afternoon in the pool. This Sorrento landscape design was developed by Esjay Landscapes + Pools. Photorealistic 3D renders form part of our landscape design packages, allowing clients to visualise and refine their outdoor space with confidence before construction begins.
